Employee Ownership
I’ve been a strong advocate for employee ownership for over 14 years, starting at the UK’s first 100% employee-owned architecture practice. During six years on the Employee Ownership Association’s (EOA) Membership Council, I supported its growth to over 800 members. In 2012, I contributed to the government’s introduction of Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) and tax-free profit sharing in the 2014 Finance Act.
