I’m a chartered accountant (FCA) with over 20 years of experience in finance. My background spans accounting, compliance, and strategic financial planning, with a focus on helping organisations run smoothly and sustainably.

For 14 years, I was Finance Director at a 100% employee-owned global architecture practice, where I also acted as Company Secretary and Trustee Director. During this time, I worked closely with the board, led finance teams, and managed projects such as implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and payroll systems. I also supported initiatives such as B Corporation and Fair Tax accreditations.

Before that, I was an auditor with PwC in London and Calgary, and I’ve served as a board member for a community interest company in the arts.
